Mr Rohit Jain was extremely compassionate and listened to all my concerns with regard to my knees He explained in terms that I understood the problems and the damage and the remedy, and my surgery was within weeks of my consultation. On the day of my surgery, he explained everything that would happen and everything to expect post surgery and what to do to have the best recovery. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from him and the Spire Alexandra Hospital and would not hesitate to recommend either in the future.

It is now six weeks post my total right hip replacement and I am walking freely without any aids. From my first consultation with Mr Jain and throughout the whole process, Mr Jain was totally professional. Mr Jain explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner. Mr Jain could see that I was I was was a nervous patient but Mr Jain put me at ease and reassured me by way of his calm approach, professionalism and understanding. On the morning of my surgery, Mr Jain came to my hospital room to see how I was. We had a chat to start and then Mr Jain informed me of the mornings timings and actions which would take place. This again really calmed my nerves. The morning post my surgery, Mr Jain came to see me and explained that everything went well . Mr Jain took the time to see how I was feeling post surgery. I have just had my 6 week follow up appointment with Mr Jain. X Rays were taken just before my appointment time and Mr Jain shared the imagery with me and explained all that was on view in the X ray. Mr Jain was really pleased with how my surgery and recovery had gone so far and has booked me for another follow up appointment in 6 weeks. I would like to finish by saying that Mr Jain Dr Jain was exceptional throughout the whole process. A special mention too for Mr Jain's Hospital team of nurses, physiotherapists and the Anaesthetist. You are all wonderful. I am due in the near future to have my left hip replaced I now have no reservations or nervousness due to the care and expertise of Mr Jain and his Team. Thank you all so much.

Dr Jain was exceptional. From my first consultation I trusted him he went through my procedure in great detail and also understood everything I needed and put my mind at ease that it’s the best thing to do for the long term future . He have me time to think things over before I had my knee surgery and was available to talk to anytime , on the day of surgery he came and visited me before the operation and just had a general chat which calmed the nerves . I then saw him later I. The day after the op and again he chatted and was very pleased with how it went .
